AFRICA AND HER VERY LONG RELATIONSHIP WITH BHARAT "INDIA"

Injustice and Hatred are the only things we keep receiving from our friend, Bharat. History made us to know with strong facts that Africans are kind, loving, tolerant, calm, peaceful and welcoming individuals. Our society is widely opened to our neighboring states just to keep the relation of oneness, relation of interpersonal and intercultural connections, human and societal developments, and to respect and ensure total promotion of international cooperation for the consolidation of universal peace and mutual respect among all nations, all human races, all human developmental unions, all human rights unions and total elimination of racial discrimination in all its manifestations. We have full respect for international law; we respect and welcome all citizens of all nations. We give them kind opportunities in our systems and we value everyone as ours in order to ensure the continuity of human relationships and humanity.

The negligence of Africans is not sending a positive signal to the minds. The continued denial of the truth and distortion of facts by the government more especially when some extremist Indians attack Africans is not making our relations stronger rather it endangers our connections as such domestic terror brought about by racist elements of both stereotypes and discriminations in the society is silently applauded.

We must build our communities in a foundation of natural love, cultural tolerance, inculcate the natural principles for human continuity and interchange our natural gifts and values. Whenever those principles are disregarded, values, culture and foundation that keep us together irrespective of our disparities, it then means that we have lost everything that is suppose to keep us united. Blacks have been receiving all kinds of inhumane treatment from our host communities and from our strongest friend and trade partner. As a student who came here hoping to receive a different educational training but the uninformed citizens of Bharat, the misinformation about blacks is making every day a struggle taking away our sense of belonging. Majority see a Blackman as drug peddler or as a cannibal. If you treat blacks with so much hate then how do you justify when you say “Vasudeva kutumbakam” (The world is a family). There is every element of hypocrisy in that which brings to the question of who is fooling who?.
Thus, the continued misinformation of your populace seems intentional due to your lackluster attitude towards addressing this issues thereby warping the minds of your people. In my many years of living in India, i have seen total distortion of the truth. No one actually came without leaving with knowledge of regrets (trauma) and mixed feelings or experiences. I have seen series of discriminations in India. A racial discrimination of policies, physical assaults and discrimination on the basis of color, hairs, shape of the eyes, place of origin, race, intonation and language. Racial behaviors which are based on Name calling, Stoning, sexual harassment and complexion are what I classified as the basic racial prejudices toward Blacks, and the worst, death, which has been recorded too.it might interest you to know that there are  54 countries in Africa, and that Africa is not a nation , but a continent, which makes it not another name of Nigeria, South Africa, or Ethiopia, and so. Africans are not diseased people nor overridden by poverty. Africa is one of the most illustrious continent in the world proven by facts, otherwise why is it that almost all parts of the world have interest to invest in Africa, a culturally diverse and rich place, people of Africa are educated like other continents but owing to the insatiable quest for knowledge adventures on a seek for more. We have Doctors, Medical Radiographers, Nurses,  Medical Lab scientists,  engineers, Researchers, lawyers, presidents, chief ministers etc who are Africans and Blacks, technology and Science in Africa just like other part of the world, live in fine and well decorated mansions and also hail from well educated, and noble families too.
As a medical student I have seen the volume of Africans visiting several hospitals to donate free blood to save Indian patients who are in need of the blood. If we are not humans why are they accepting African Blood when donated? We should tell ourselves the truth, Africans engage in charity works in India to help the less privileged ones. We respect the elderly ones (senior citizens) and give the ladies their natural fundamental human rights in the society.  I still don’t understand the human rights of African nationals in India due to the continuous killing and mobbing of Africans, unceasingly racial discrimination towards Africans in the Institutions, Worship places, Bus stations, Metro stations, public areas and markets in India. I was a victim of all forms of racism since 2013 I came to India. When I was looking for an accommodation I was left with the worst experience ever since I was born. I was denied accommodation in almost all the sectors (since i have chosen not to stay in the school hostel), because of my colour and my country. They used to tell me openly that their culture forbids Blacks from dwelling with them in a house or sector so they cannot allow Blacks into their homes, even when the house is empty they prefer to keep it so. We have good Indians who are willing to give Blacks their houses, but it takes real courage as they might be termed by fellow Indians as enemies for such kindness. It is obvious that the shop keepers or Auto/cab drivers see Africans as walking dollars, and we’ve got our own price tag in the markets, and also on house rents.

The police helps but little. When we have issues with Indians, we hardly get fair judgement from the police, It is bias. When there was an attack against the Blacks in greater Noida I saw how the foreign minister tweeted without any further plans to educate the locals about the blacks. We stayed indoors for one week. The government refused to condemn the racial attacks not even the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh or the Prime Minister was moved to use their office to condemn the attacks. I was surprised because I keep hearing that we have a good relationship with India but I cannot see or feel the friendly hospitality. The government went ahead to deny that the attacks are not racial or xenophobic in nature. Denying the naked truth is what left me bruised and distorted.

On 22 May 2017, a suicide bombing was carried out at Manchester Arena in Manchester, England, the Prime Minister Modi was among the first World Leaders to condemn the attacks. He tweets ”Pained by the attack in Manchester. We strongly condemn it. Our thoughts are with the families of the deceased & prayers with the injured”. Maybe he condemned the attack because it is not an attack on Blacks but an attack on whites. I don’t believe that we are valued in this nation and world at large. Justice and fair treatment in public places are but an illusion as no African has brought to my ears such news all through my stay here.

  1. It's high time the white folks know we Afrikan are all part of human race with different shades of skin color . Love should be preach to the younger generation and not hatred to the race with different darker shade of skin color

    1. They don't want a fair world for all. The thoughts and feelings that they're superior to the blacks will not allow them to educate their kids about the blacks. We have a weak diplomatic ties with them and their leaders care less about the little diplomatic connections.
